Accountant

The finance team at Work & Co enables the company to run successfully and efficiently. The Accountant will manage the accounts receivable process, bank transactions, and various month-end reconciliations. They will be a part of our growing finance and accounting team.
What You Will Do
- Day-to-Day Accounts Receivable (e.g. new client setup, client invoices, client payments, client requests, collections)
- Create and maintain project billing schedules, track the status of new clients and projects, coordinate with Product Managers and Business Development teams to obtain proper billing process for new and existing clients
- Run and update weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports
- Manage daily bank transactions and monthly bank reconciliations for incoming payments
- Account analysis and reconciliation for billable expenses and related expense accrual schedule, ensuring all billable expenses are properly accounted for and invoiced back to the client in a timely manner
We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a staff/financial accountant or similar role
- Ability to recommend changes to processes to make workflow more efficient
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Previous experience with NetSuite is a plus!
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks. You should have a predisposition to seek out answers as new challenges arise
