January 31, 2018
Work & Co has elevated Caleb Yarian to Associate Partner of Strategy, based in the company’s Portland office.
“Honestly, Caleb’s colleagues describe him best,” said Mohan Ramaswamy, Work & Co co-founder and Partner of Strategy. “His thinking is infectious, he’s a swift but pragmatic decision-maker, and he knows how to spark real change. Those happen to be many of the same reasons that our clients love him and clamor for his involvement on projects.”
In his time at Work & Co, Caleb’s led strategy for engagements in the U.S. and Europe. Among them: Lyft, Rapha, Breastcancer.org, and Alaska Airlines. He’s also helped grow the Portland office, which is set to expand and shift into a new space in February.
Said Caleb: “No silos, lean teams and aligned goals. That’s what I love about our approach at Work & Co. We’re able to consistently launch successful products because we work tightly and transparently with our clients. There’s no separation between product strategy and business strategy.”
Earlier in his career, he led brand and digital product strategy at Portland digital experience firm Fuzzco. There he scaled the office while overseeing brand strategy and experience design projects for clients such as Google, Slack, Mailchimp, and Zendesk.
He’s a graduate of the University of Chicago and New York University School of Law.
