Jessica Bauer-Greene Joins Work & Co as Associate Partner

Work & Co has named Jessica Bauer-Greene its first associate partner of design. She’ll be based in the company’s Portland office.

“Jessica brings a rare blend of raw talent and experience shipping products that we value here,” said Joe Stewart, Design Partner and Co-Founder. “I’ve never met someone like her, who’s got big, innovative ideas plus the pragmatism needed to make those ideas real. It’s very special. She’s everything a designer, and a leader, should be.”

Backed by 15 years of digital design experience, Jessica launched and ran a successful Brooklyn-based design firm for five years. She also held a series of leadership roles at Huge, launching and scaling the San Francisco office and later helping to run the Portland office.

Clients she’s worked with include: Nike, Hulu, Chase, Benefit Cosmetics, Twitter, Salesforce, Restoration Hardware, Four Seasons, and Target.

“What I’ve always loved and tried to do, is work in small, dedicated teams with crazy-talented people—when the roles really blur,” said Jessica. “It always leads to good results, and it’s what Work & Co does better than anyone.”

She added: “Even as the company’s grown, the approach is consistent. Take a small number of great designers, developers and strategists. Throw them at a problem. Then, figure it out with smart, highly-collaborative clients. It’s my favorite. And obviously, the best way to create powerful digital experiences.”
