Social Impact and Sustainability at Work & Co

Work & Co has published our first annual ESG report.

Core to Work & Co’s mission is a desire to have a positive and lasting impact – both through the work we launch, and on our employees and communities at large.

The aim of this report is to provide an overview of our social impact and sustainability efforts to date. It focuses on areas including:

• Environmental impact
• Societal change
• Corporate governance

The report shares information around our cause-based client projects, pro-bono work made possible by our Innovation Fund, our ongoing and planned DEI initiatives, and our global responsibility efforts around donations and carbon neutrality.
