Introduction
Our Approach
Work & Co strategically introduces AI where it adds real value —to either facilitate the process of our own teams, or enhance the products we ship.
AI is not a new topic for our engineering, product, and design teams. From the award-winning chat interfaces we've launched to net new tools simplifying complex and personalized data, Work & Co has been building products on top of the foundations of AI for several years.
But the rise of generative AI is a democratization moment, making more powerful AI tools available for everyone. Recent advances mean we can now move beyond narrow AI, capable of only specific tasks, to our new ability to achieve an endless number of goals. For many companies that can mean opportunity —and along with it, an overwhelming set of business decisions in the months and years ahead.
Clients trust Work & Co’s strategic guidance to help them intelligently orchestrate how they integrate AI into their platforms and offerings. Simply put, we can help companies prioritize where to focus on AI for business outcomes and steer clear of distracting hype. We’re also extending to the AI space our award-winning track record for building high-performance technical solutions, the kind that meet the long term needs of organizations and power net-new experiences to bring to market.
We believe AI has the opportunity to be a force multiplier for our clients and also for ourselves:
- Digital products can fundamentally change with AI.
- The way we work will need to change.
- The technology will keep evolving fast.
Work & Co is taking a measured, responsible approach to learning and applying new technologies —ensuring new AI capabilities and tools further the goals of our clients to move the needle for their business and teams. As with all of our practice areas, we’ll constantly assess and iterate accordingly. Those are after all, the fundamentals of building, launching, and evolving great digital products.
