Freelance Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a freelance Data Scientist to join our Technology team. This individual will play a critical role in architecting and developing our Data Warehouse solutions, providing deep analytical insights and forecasts that guide strategic decisions of our current client.
What You Will Do
- Work extensively with large data sets, identifying patterns, trends, and insights that are critical to our operational and strategic goals.
- Designing and implementing data models within Snowflake to support efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of manufacturing data.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills to conduct in-depth analysis, standardize queries, and manage large-scale relational datasets effectively.
- Apply predictive modeling and forecasting techniques to anticipate future trends, outcomes, and scenarios, providing actionable insights for business planning and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, deliver analytical solutions, and support data-driven decision-making processes throughout the organization.
- Advanced skills in Tableau for dashboard development and report creation

The base pay for the Design Lead role is between $90-$125 per hour. The actual annual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, knowledge, skills, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Along with competitive pay, full-time employees are eligible for full benefits.
