Work & Co 2024 ESG Update

Last year, Work & Co shared our first biannual ESG report, outlining our ongoing social impact and sustainability efforts.

The report focuses on three main areas: environmental impact, societal change, and corporate governance.

Updates in these areas since include:

• We are continuing to partner with Agendi Consulting to monitor and track our carbon footprint.
• In 2022 we saw work travel and office usage return to pre-pandemic numbers.
• In order to continue challenging ourselves, we took our commitment to the next level and set Science Based Targets (SBTi) beginning in 2023, using 2022 as our baseline. During scopes 1&2 we are committed to a 42% reduction by 2027, and for scope 3 we are committed to a 39.8% reduction by 2027.
