Built In's Best Places to Work 2023
January 11, 2023
For the fourth consecutive year, Built In has named Work & Co one of its Best Places to Work.
As part of the feature, Work & Co was also honored for its regional hubs in the U.S., as one of the Best Midsize Places to Work in New York, Los Angeles, and Atlanta.
Built In is a platform that provides millions of technology professionals every month with the resources they need to learn about industry news and trends, make connections, and discover opportunities at companies with values they share. Its awards program includes companies of all sizes —considering criteria across benefits, compensation, remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI, and other employee-focused perks and offerings. Other companies honored include Notion, Dropbox, and NBCUniversal.
Said Sheridan Orr, Chief Marketing Officer at Built In about this year’s honorees: “They’ve stepped up to meet the modern professional’s new expectations, including the desire to work for companies that deliver purpose, growth, and inclusion.”
"It's special to earn this repeat honor, while also shedding new light on our regional offices. Across our entire Work & Co network, our people and their expertise —spanning technology, product management, strategy, and design— are redefining digital transformation by owning the entire end-to-end product lifecycle,” said Rupal Parekh, Partner of Brand and Marketing at Work & Co. “We're proud every day of their unique ability to solve complex problems and deliver digital solutions that propel Fortune 100s and startups alike.”
