Camicado Launches New Mobile App

With its all new mobile commerce platform, Camicado brings a richer and more integrated experience to both loyal shoppers and growing customers of the largest Brazilian home goods retailer.
The new app is the latest in Camicado’s ongoing digital transformation. It’s also the result of a long-standing partnership between Camicado and Work & Co, which led the strategy, design and part of the development of the new app.
This collaboration began in 2022, with Work & Co bringing a new strategic vision to the brand's digital ecosystem. Next, work began on the design and development of a new experience for the e-commerce website, launched last year. The business results were immediate, with an increase of almost 10% in the average ticket within six months.
Said Natan Anaf, General Director of Camicado: "Together with Work & Co, we set out to create a horizontal brand strategy across our channels, translating Camicado's core values into the digital experience. The new app solidifies Camicado’s place as not only the top destination for shopping, but also the hub for all inspiration related to home style and decor.”
The new app ensures that products are presented in an even more inspiring way and engagement is amplified with contextual content, immersive experiences and expanded services. With the new app, Camicado complements and enhances the shopping journey offered on the brand's other channels.
Immersive Experiences - By giving users the chance to navigate through immersive stories versus SKUs, they can access a wider selection of products for various occasions. Using visual filters, the app makes it simple to find what you're looking for. The experience also goes beyond traditional category searches to elevate specific needs and increase discovery of new items.
Expanded services - With Camicado iD, customers can use an identifier in the app to simplify the purchasing process, making it easier to access purchase history, coupons, and cashback.
Contextual content - Content is one of the key strategies of the project to connect people meaningfully. We introduced new components and special templates to showcase what Camicado offers. A thematic architectural logic was followed, featuring special dates and settings decorated with items selected by professionals and influencers. This approach blends hobbies and life moments, making product discovery an engaging experience.

Given plans for the app's continuous evolution, more updates will soon be available, such as the "Gifts" and "Favorites" sections, which can be customized to assist customers in purchase decision moments.
The Camicado app is available for download on the Apple Store and Google Play.
